Vertex IT Solutions are looking for a Partner Development Manager to work for a fantastic client of ours in London. The successful applicant will take responsibility for the identification and recruitment of new partners across our clients’ communications platform ecosystem. Reporting into the SVP Global Marketing and Alliances, the role will support partner acquisition goals in defined market sectors, including OEM, resell and technology.
You will deliver on their strategy to build mind share and adoption of their communications platform-as-a-service by partners. You will contribute to top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments through a proactive and structured strategy of partner development working with the in-life partner management team. This is a highly collaborative role as you will be identifying and aligning partners to our regional business development and sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have both a business development and marketing background that enables them to engage and influence at CXO and senior stakeholder level.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ alliances development and acquisition experience in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience of building technology and channel partner eco-systems within the IaaS/Cloud/SaaS Markets
- Engaging and influencing C-level executives and stakeholders with an understanding of how to influence enterprise decision making processes
- Experience of presenting and articulating complex concepts into simple value propositions
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders including direct and channel marketing, product management and account management teams
- Proven track record in successfully recruiting and on-boarding partners including ISVs and SIs
