Responsible for the managing and innovate digitally enabled life cycle of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM, Prepaid Cards, Digital Transaction Risk Monitoring.
Expertise and Experience:-
- Responsible for IT Portfolio level projects management/ support for ATM, Debit Card Management System, Debit cards and ATM Switch, Prepaid Cards. Work closely with vendors and service providers for effective coordination & competent delivery.
- Plan for payment processing initiatives to include defining requirements and conducting customer acceptance testing, including strategy, test plans and test scenarios for performance testing.
- Coordinate and manage SIT, online certification with Payment systems (Visa/MC/Rupay) and manage UAT support for above.
- Collaborate with Cards and Payments user departments to identify payment system related changes, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for scoping projects / BAU change requests to meet user requirement, whenever assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing programs, projects and change requirements.
- Review test plans that merge customer requirements with bank goals and coordinate various teams and technical personnel during all test phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Experience of handling Statutory, Regulatory and Internal concurrent audits. Individual needs to be sensitive to audit and compliance prerogatives.
- To be available for on call support & for on-site support during off days in emergency situations.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables and publish project & issue log status.
- Ensure to provide workaround for issues, monitor issue log & follow up with vendor until final resolution.
- Hands on experience of handling end to end requirements gathering, solution fitment, gap analysis, risk analysis and post go live support.
- Manage risks by assess project risks & potential problems by communicating in advance while establishing contingency plans.
- Document all the interdependencies and list assumptions and constraints.
Relevant Experience:-
- 12-18 years of experience in IT preferable in banks.
- Banking domain expertise with delivery channels (ATM / Cards) & system integration.
- Experience with implementations in the card industry; preferably experience implementing debit card and ATM for a bank.
- Experience with card payment standards, such as EMV, ISO8583, MasterCard and Visa requirements.
- Candidates on the payments side need prior experience of Debit Card/ATM/POS
- Experience of Payment scheme certifications-NPCI(Rupay), Visa, Mastercard

- Effective communication, co-ordination and Documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset to work independently, drive projects & support and report updates to leadership.
- Ability to run payment card tests, analyze data, and identify issues.
- Testing & Certification Skills with Payment systems.
- Knowledge of Messaging & Middleware Integration Protocols, n-tier architecture & SOA
- Knowledge in Oracle / MS SQL an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SDLC concepts.
