What we are looking for in a candidate:
● Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.
● Ability to maintain a sales tracker/future pipeline.
● Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
● Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationships with clients.
● Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
● Achieve revenue targets.
● Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices
● Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
● Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
● Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
Desired Skills and Experience-
● Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking
● University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
● MBA from a reputed B - School
● MS Office, MS PPT, MS Word, MS Excel.
