Core Responsibilities
Leadership Hiring: acquire the best talent for ACG Capsules at leadership levels (M2-M3) across the globe. Also, build a pipeline of talent for critical & high turnover roles.
Talent Acquisition, Integration & On-baording Practices: establish best-in-class TA, Integration & On-boarding practices across the globe encompassing standard ACG practices and further improvised practices catering to the requirements of the ACG Capsules business globally. Overseeing the excellence in execution of the same. Driving changes and process improvements.
Org. Design, JD’s. Org. Structures, Career Architecture: ensure adherence to ACG’s requirements in these spaces and ensure successful roll-out and execution of it across the globe.
Employer Branding & Internal Communication: conceptualizing and executing the employer branding and internal communication strategy for ACG Capsules cutting across all people processes and other desired communication. This would have to be created and customized in line with ACG’s brand guidelines.
Performance management: ensuring appropriate cascade of Business Scorecard and Functional Scorecard initiatives to MAPS. Driving changes and process improvements to meet the requirements of our different work models. Overseeing the PMS for MA, PA across the globe from a process and timeline adherence perspective.
Aspire: Championing ACG’s cadre building program for Management & Engineering graduates. Leveraging this as a talent pipeline to fuel future requirements. Also, ensuring specific round-the-year initiatives for high engagement and retention of this pool of talent.
Associate Experience - Critical touch points: identifying the critical touch points, and conceptualizing and ensuring execution of the Associate Experience strategy from an HR & Admin. stadpoint cutting across all people processes. This is to ensure that HR is creating the right associate experience at critical touch points in the associate life cycle.
Acquiring, enhancing and ensuring efficacy of Digital Systems: this role will work closely with the Corporate COEs and the Digital team in ensuring that all digital system requirements (new and existing improvements) of ACG Capsules are met.
