Job Title: Marketing Consultant – Hospital Retail

Reports to: Head of Hospital Retail
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Trade Marketing Consultant to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and increase sales in Hospital Retail Channel.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams, Hospitals to create and implement effective Marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
Build Marketing strategies to enable customers to reach their goals & establish ZEISS as a relevant partner brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Trade Marketing Strategies :
Create and execute marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and drive sales growth in Hospital Retail Channel
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to understand need of the customers & build GTM for ZEISS Hospital Retail Channel
Events & Campaign Management :
Design and manage trade marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials.
Develop B2B2C Campaigns to win consumers for ZEISS.
Responsible for complete event management ( Participation, Planning, Lead Management, Brand awareness, ROI assessment of relevant events)
Market Analysis :
Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for ZEISS Hospital Retail Channel
Sales Support :
Provide the sales team with tools, materials, and training to support trade marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Budget Management :
Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Performance Tracking :
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration in a Top Universities & B Schools, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience : 1-5 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field, preferably within the Optical, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative trade marketing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
