Job Summary
As CEO, you will be the driving force behind the agency’s strategic vision and growth. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the company’s continued success and positioning it as a market leader in the digital marketing space. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan, focusing on innovation, client growth, and market share expansion.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s client base both nationally and internationally.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business functions are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and growth objectives.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring sustainable profitability. Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Lead a talented and passionate team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Inspire, mentor, and develop senior leaders within the business.
- Innovation & Market Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the digital marketing sector. Explore new digital strategies and platforms to deliver value for clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the board of directors, investors, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives and deliver strong financial returns.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company in high-level client meetings, industry events, and public relations efforts.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CEO or Managing Director within the digital marketing or technology sectors.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance business growth with operational efficiency.
- Exceptional business development skills and a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Extensive experience in driving successful growth strategies, with a focus on scaling businesses nationally.
- A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including the latest trends, tools, and platforms.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and delivering against financial targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £170,000.00 per year
