General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)
Location: Wellington, Christchurch or Hawke’s Bay preferred; other locations may be considered for the right candidate.
As General Manager of the PBA Consulting business, you will lead a team of technical experts to deliver outstanding results for our clients while achieving strategic and business growth initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced leader and strategic thinker with strong business acumen who excels in client relationship management and driving business success.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years experience in a senior management role within an engineering consultancy or similar industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing operations, and driving business growth.
- Experience working with clients on assessing requirements, drafting and system planning, and advisory reports.
- Strong Business and Strategic Acumen.
