About The Role
GSF Car Parts are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our in-house digital marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, including promotions, CRM, and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strong CRM strategy that focuses on growing email lists, customer engagement, and increased customer lifetime value.
- Develop, implement, and manage retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns and report performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Support optimization of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting, and content.
- Develop creative briefs and assign to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
- Monitor competitor campaigns to inform and shape the future strategy and tactics.
- Keep up to date on the latest social media trends and use this to build and execute a social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team and performance marketing agencies to brainstorm new creative ideas and ensure alignment across channels.
- Contribute to the department marketing and promotions calendar.
40 hours per week with the potential for hybrid work available.
About You
Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, with proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
- Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong track record of using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Understanding of all performance marketing channels.
- Proactive, self-starter, and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and value drivers in retention models.
- Confidence using email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalization, as well as SMS and direct mail.
- Experience managing social media campaigns.
- Analytical with a process-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
