We are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager. The role will provide specialist contractual and commercial management on all commissioned NCC property services and schools PFI contracts. This includes undertaking VFM assessments, contract benchmarking, and market testing, including new contracts and frameworks. You will support partners to help towards the delivery of a project and manage partnership arrangements, such as Arc Partnership.
You will be educated to degree level or have significant relevant experience with a relevant professional qualification. You must be able to demonstrate experience of successful commercial delivery of projects at all stages, from strategic definition to handover, across projects of varying scale and complexity. The role will involve managing a small team within the Property Commissioning team. You will work to a high professional standard, taking a dynamic role in managing risk and health & safety.
