NFU Mutual’s Lichfield & Atherstone Agency in our Burntwood office is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Adviser to join our growing, successful Insurance team.
Customer Service Advisor Benefits:

Customer Service Advisor role:
- Handle general customer enquiries
- Policy alterations and renewals
- Cross-sell new NFU Mutual insurance policies
- Introduce NFU Mutual’s range of Financial Services products
What we’re looking for:
- People who can demonstrate the drive, energy, and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities
- Customer Service Experience is Essential
- Insurance experience is desirable but not essential
- I.T. literacy is essential
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
