Job Summary
At RentMyHome, we are searching for a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team and contribute to our success. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lettings process. Your ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, combined with your negotiation skills, will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Enquiries: Qualify and manage leads from prospective tenants.
- Appointments: Conduct viewings and property inspections.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring a win-win outcome.
- Property Management: Market available properties ensuring they are let out promptly and efficiently. Ensuring property checks and dates are up to date for compliance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving issues swiftly.
- Administration: Manage all related administrative tasks including referencing tenants, preparing tenancy agreements and packs, deposit protection and updating property listings on our system.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market conditions and trends.
Requirements:
- Administration: Strong administrative skills to manage properties and tenancies effectively.
- Organisation: Organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Motivation: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with property management software.
