Ariston UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing & Communication Executive, who will report to the Head of Marketing – UK & Ireland. The ideal candidate will work directly on a wide range of areas involving brand guardianship, sales promotional strategies, product launches, and relationship management (CRM/Loyalty Scheme).
This role is a key function in the business, working across all departments in the UK team, as well as with the central Marketing team in Europe, during an exciting period of change and growth.
The Trade Marketing and Communications Senior Specialist will have key areas of responsibility, which include developing the Annual Trade Marketing Plan, driving marketing and sales promotion campaigns, conducting in-depth competitor research on trends and promotions, and promoting sales through various trade marketing initiatives to key trade audiences.
The Senior Specialist will collaborate with the Commercial Team to gather information that helps identify gaps and opportunities in each sales area and establish localized marketing initiatives. They will also work alongside the Sales and Logistics Teams to ensure stock availability for all agreed national and local sales initiatives.
The Senior Specialist will have complete ownership of the quality of marketing data and information. They will co-manage Ariston’s new loyalty scheme, including membership rates, sales optimization, and installer reward management. They will manage and quantify all lead generation data from sales and marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and ensuring data consistency across all internal platforms, specifically the CRM system.
The Senior Specialist will be a true brand and product champion, promoting our products and the brand when engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external. They will work alongside the sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to create awareness of Ariston’s product portfolio, targeting core trade audiences online, including LinkedIn, inMail-Campaigns, and eMarketing. They will collaborate with external agencies to produce materials for product promotion, training, and sales aids, and will work closely with the product manager to manage product placement and displays, as well as designing and implementing all trade marketing materials for product launches within the UK portfolio.
The Senior Specialist will support administrative tasks, including co-managing the marketing and information inbox by quantifying sales leads, managing the Sales Toolbox software, invoicing for planned Trade Marketing activities, producing engaging MS PowerPoint presentations for various needs, supporting the sales team at key trade shows and customer meetings, managing exhibitions targeting both consumer and B2B audiences, and delivering monthly updates on the Trade Marketing Dashboard with quarterly performance reviews on projects.
