You’ll be providing first class Executive Assistant support to the UK General Counsel & Company Secretary, and high quality administrative support to the Legal Team.
Reporting to Joanne (General Counsel & Company Secretary) you’ll find yourself in a collaborative and inclusive team where trust and flexibility are key.
As one of our Executive Assistants, you’ll:
- look after the day to day needs of the GC and the legal team
- provide board administration including planning and diarising reminders and deadlines for board and committee papers
- assist with various governance tasks including the preparation of board packs
- plan and schedule meetings and appointments, manage invoices and expenses, track legal matters/reports
- assist with execution of documents
We’re looking for someone who:
- is an experienced executive assistant
- has strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills
- has excellent IT skills including Google Workspace
- has exceptional written and oral communication
