My Client is an award-winning legal service provider who has an exciting new vacancy for a qualified lawyer to join their team as a Head Of Relationships Manager. In the last few years, they have rapidly grown their client base and now need a Head of Relationships Manager to develop their existing accounts and engage with potential new clients.

The Role:
- Working closely with lawyers to strengthen client relationships, selling services, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Developing strategies to generate additional revenue from existing client relationships.
- Working closely with the Business Development Manager to conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with lawyers to provide feedback, guidance, motivation, and support on their business plans.
- Tracking and reporting on team interactions, client and partner interactions, and revenue performance.
- Bringing creative ideas to increase existing client referrals across the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of legal services, with a background as a practicing lawyer or experience in the legal industry.
- Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a legal environment.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to create and execute relationship management strategies that are aligned with broader firm objectives.
