Job Description
We are looking for a social media and e-commerce assistant, who will help with the following tasks:
– Create and schedule posts on all forms of social media including instagram, Facebook, threads etc.
– Review and reply to customer enquiries
– Liaise with our warehouse to amend orders if requested by customer
– Write and publish weekly articles on website
– Write and publish weekly promotional emails to customers
– Update website with new content and/or images as necessary
– Assist with monitoring progress of paid advertising such as google ads and meta ads
– Assist with communicating with potential collaborators and managing collaborations
– Assist with photo and video shoots (if we schedule shoots)
– Assist with pop up shops (if we schedule pop up)
– Quality inspection of samples, stock and trims
– Other general assistance relating to the daily operations of the company
Time Commitment
We are seeking a candidate to work 2 days a week, but we are flexible on hours. If you are looking for a part time job and this role interests you, but you may not be able to work as many hours as requested, please feel free to get in touch, however, we would require the candidate to work at least 1 day a week as a minimum.
Skills and Experience Required
Essential requirements
– Right to work in the UK
– Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Experience sought (although not essential)
– Prior experience publishing content on social media for another fashion brand
– Prior experience with shopify interface
– Prior experience with handling customer enquiries (responding to emails regarding sizing, common garment care queries etc.)
– Prior experience with adobe photoshop, lightroom, illustrator
– Prior experience writing journal articles for fashion brand’s websites
– Prior experience working with a company in the luxury space (luxury clothing would be ideal, but any other company in the luxury space would be relevant, e.g. watch brands, leather accessories etc.)
– Prior experience communicating with managing collaborations with influencers
– Prior experience with inspecting samples and stock
