Key Functional Responsibilities
• Onboards a New Client and deliver a great experience to impress the clients.
• Managing user accounts on Servers/Domain.
• Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customization.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests.
• Answering/Troubleshooting on technical queries for new clients
• Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows and applications problems.
• Install, upgrade and troubleshooting of Accounting/Tax software such as QuickBooks, ACT! ATX and any other windows apps etc.
Skill Requirement
• Excellent Communications skills to handle Customers in the us.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT product onboarding.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Client/Server Architecture. • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
Additional Requirement
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Cloud Hosting and Virtualization.
• Work experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Account Management, Sales etc.
• Technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt technical products. • Ability to understand a software product and its nuances very well
