Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Work with in-house digital teams on the management of PPC campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
- Comprehensive campaign management.
- Data-driven user acquisition.
- Create and deliver the digital paid media strategy to generate sales leads and boost conversions.
- Implement channel-specific strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Experimental marketing and performance reporting.
- Budget management.
- Cross-functional collaboration and agency/supplier management.
Performance Marketing Manager Skills Required
- Extensive experience in digital campaign management from strategy to execution.
- Knowledge of digital and social media best practice.
- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing.
- Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in budget and project management.
- Experience in landing page and CRO optimisation.
Performance Marketing Manager Additional Details
- A basic salary in the region of 55,000 to 65,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working, 3 days a week in their Surrey HQ and 2 days remote.
- 23 days holiday, rising to 27 with length of service plus birthday off and bank holidays. Option to buy additional leave.
