Job Summary
We are seeking a number of dynamic Lettings Negotiators to join our team as we expand our area of coverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property lettings transactions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. As part of the successful individuals development they will put through the NFOPP qualification and trained in all aspects of the business.
Duties
- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Liaise with property landlords, tenants, and develop new clients
- Market properties through various channels to attract potential clients
- Provide accurate advice on the property market and pricing
- Manage property listings and maintain databases
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
