Elite Touch are excited to be working with their well established client who are now seeking a robust Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX professional to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate, who is looking to take the next step in their career and who wishes to join a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide clients with accurate, appropriate and up-to-date legal advice, including the following types of fee earning work:
- Sale and Purchase of freehold and leasehold property
- Landlord and Tenant transactions including granting and taking leases
- Acting for lenders and borrowers
- To establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- To undertake all related administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures, including responding promptly to all enquiries from new and existing clients, fully completing client opening details on the relevant system.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent
- Qualified as a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a fee earner in conveyancing department managing your own caseload
- Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment
