Session Media is an award-winning B2B Marketing Agency working with some of the fastest-growing B2B Brands. We're looking for a Paid Media Manager (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads) to join the team. Our ideal candidate loves performance marketing and has strong analytical skills. They also have a creative eye for killer ads concepts. More importantly, they are great at communicating the above to clients in a way that's easy to understand.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Planning and delivery of large targeted PPC campaigns to tight deadlines and within specified budgets.
- Keyword research projects.
- Monitoring the performance of paid campaigns in relation to KPIs and implementing new strategies/tests across a variety of channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Ensuring the right channels are utilised for each client to maximise performance and ROI/ROAS.
- Compiling tailored reports for clients showing key insights and performance data, using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
- Auditing Google & LinkedIn Ad accounts.
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Managing client communications and liaising with internal & external teams.
- Identifying account inefficiencies and implementing optimisation tasks.
- Implementing site/channel tracking with Google Tag Manager.
- Working closely with the Head of Paid on Paid Media strategy.
- Working with the digital content team on creative and ad copy.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of Paid Media experience.
- Proficient knowledge of the full Google/Microsoft suite (Excel/Google sheets preferred).
- Proven track record of Paid Media campaign management (retention and growth preferred).
- Experience with analytics tools (Google universal analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google ads - GA4 a bonus!).
- Good analytical, technical, and mathematical ability.
- Willingness to learn, research and take initiative.
- Excellent time/task and organisational management skills.
- Have both an analytical & creative mindset, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve.
- Great at communication, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM Systems (Hubspot / Salesforce).
- Used Unbounce or other landing page software.
- Any marketing qualifications (including online courses).
- Experience using project management tools.
- Experience managing a small team.
