Role Purpose...
The purpose of this role is to make our Partners Omnichannel capability best in class, focusing on delivering Digital First channel enablers and capabilities to grow the share of digital sales while optimizing existing indirect and direct sales channels. Your role will be to drive engagement with the Partner Markets Business Digital Transformation, Digital Sales and Service Team community and deliver Enterprise initiatives in our Partner Markets footprint enhancing their overall digital channels performance across all segments, as well as optimizing their channel mix across direct and indirect channels accelerating their Enterprise transformation end to end.
- Delivering Omnichannel Strategy, Planning and Optimisation with a clear focus on Digital First enablers.
- Lead development of a strong business omnichannel portfolio based underpinned by digital transformation.
- Be the Partner Market hands-on subject matter expert on B2B digital enablers and omnichannel strategies across all Enterprise segments.
- Driving incremental revenue for partners, and for Vodafone, by delivering B2B Digital First Omnichannel projects within our partner markets, these include projects across digital channels and digital sales as well as optimising the overall sales and service channel mix (indirect and direct channels, retail & telesales channels).
- Identifying, pitching, nurturing & closing opportunities for new digital channel transformation projects within our partner footprint.
- Engaging with our local Vodafone markets to access the latest B2B channel best practice.
- Identify, define, build and take to market new B2B digital channels and digital marketing initiatives for partners to deliver their business objectives such as customer acquisition, channel profitability, NPS, training, enablement as well as trading activities such as sales incentives and promotions.
- Sharing Vodafone B2B channel and digital best practice with partners through workshops, assessments & video calls.
- Increase engagement of the stakeholders within the partner markets through delivery of webinars and events focused on B2B channel and marketing best practice.
With us you will...
- Develop and deliver and pitch B2B Omnichannel and Digital transformation programmes and proposals that address our Partners needs.
- Deliver and execute B2B channel transformation programmes which should include key benefits such as: sales commission improvement, indirect channel tiering, retail transformation, inside sales set up, digital channels strategy and enablement.
- Facilitate B2B sales and channel best practice workshops and webinars including Content production and delivery through a variety of channels.
- Work with our local Vodafone Markets and Group Functions to identify B2B sales & marketing best practice that is relevant for our partner markets.
- Definition & delivery of new B2B sales and marketing propositions based on Partner needs & Vodafone best practice.
It would be nice if you have...
- 10+ years business experience in digital sales and ecommerce, with excellent knowledge on indirect, retail and desk base channels.
- Results driven with a passion for excellence in execution & moving projects forward.
- Proven track record & subject matter expertise across Vodafone Markets.
- 10+ years of telco or techco experience, ideally across multiple territories.
- Experience or knowledge of working with agile methodology from a project planning perspective.
- Outstanding commercial management skills - numerate, analytical & professional.
- Ability to influence director and CxO level staff in group and 1:1 situations.
- Experience of working internationally with different markets in different stages of maturity with people with different cultural backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel.
- Preferred: Speaks 2+ languages.
