We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Brand Marketing Manager / Brand Lead to lead the brand communications team at a global consumer organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing ATL campaigns that will build our brand purpose, leading to increased awareness, relevance, and respect amongst our target audience. This role will be based in West Sussex 2 or 3 days per week.

Description
The successful Senior Brand Marketing Manager / Brand Lead will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the brand communications strategy for the organization; leading key agency relationships and extensive budgets.
- Leading and managing the brand communications team to deliver on brand objectives.
- Developing high quality and effective marketing campaigns that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
- Acting as the brand guardian to maintain brand purpose and integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
- Managing and maintaining the ATL/media marketing budget.
- Utilizing data and market research to drive decisions.
Profile
A successful Senior Brand Marketing Manager / Brand Lead should have:
- Proven experience working on big budget brand communications campaigns, with extensive ATL knowledge from either client or agency side roles.
- Proven ability to manage a marketing team.
- A strong understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels.
- A true creative flair!
