The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting an Email and Loyalty Marketing Executive for a client based in Seaham.
As an Email & Loyalty Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing our e-commerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email channel and loyalty programmes, aiming to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Develop and implement email campaigns.
- Structure brand loyalty programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners and internal teams, to enhance the programme.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and e-commerce within a retail or B2C environment.
- Proven and able to demonstrate experience in email marketing within a B2B organisation.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative loyalty strategies.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off every year, progression opportunities, bonus structure.
This is a permanent role. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary: £28,000 pa.
