Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
We are a multi-award winning hospitality operation comprising a Pub with bedrooms (England Pub of the Year 2020, holder of 2AA rosettes for Culinary Excellence for 5 consecutive years), a Farm Shop, Pizza Shack, Brewery, Farm, Wellness & Spa Barn alongside multiple houses and cottages in the village and beyond.
We are looking for a driven salesperson to support our growth through offering excellence in customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive outbound sales, managing inbound enquiries, and outgoing lead-generation and outreach strategies to drive awareness.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Developing local relationships to maximise revenue and product opportunities.
- Leading marketing campaigns to promote our products, events, and activities.
- Creating engaging social media content and coordinating all onsite marketing, implementing across online, social media, physical & offline channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
