The Role
Avius are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced B2B Digital Marketing Manager. You will take ownership of and plan, develop and implement our overall digital marketing strategy with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers through digital channels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote Avius through all available channels, highlighting the work we do to benefit our customers, the product and its features, the value proposition it offers and unique selling points.
- Having a proactive and in depth understanding of our product offering is essential.
- Digital campaign planning, development, execution and analysis.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media strategy with support from our UX and development team.
- Improve organic website performance through keyword research and content optimisation.
- Develop SEO strategy and adhere to best practices, work with the development team to implement technical SEO changes.
- Track and analyse website traffic flow.
- A/B / split testing of changes to track performance.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Write and optimise quality content for the website, social media and other promotional material.
- Manage PPC campaigns and budget to deliver a strong ROI.
- Contribute to the budget setting process and assist with monitoring associated expenditure.
- Create and manage attractive marketing campaigns and help build a structured customer onboarding process.
- Proposing new and creative growth strategies.
- Engage and manage the relationship with any relevant external agencies and partners.
- Work closely with the sales team on specific targeted opportunities.
- Create awareness, engagement and generate leads through SEM and social channels.
- Focus on acquisition activities that create a positive ROI.
- Design and implement a new lead workflow to nurture prospects through the marketing and sales funnel.
- Drive customer relationship and engagement.
- Plan, execute and sometimes attend key industry trade shows with the team.
- Prepare monthly reports to senior management.
- Plan promotions to accelerate sales and adoption.
- Plan the launch of new products and features.
- Work with key partners on co-marketing for their industries.
- Work closely with sales and finance on product tier and pricing reviews.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Previous commercial experience in a similar B2B role is essential.
- Strong marketing knowledge – SEO, SEM, Social, Web Analytics.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills.
- Experience with social, email and other marketing tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Digitally native computer skills.

- Experience in related industries.
- A degree in a relevant marketing discipline.
