The Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant will lead the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies within the FMCG industry. This role will work with shopper insights; and deliver excellent activation in store with leading retailers across the UK. The role will provide hybrid work, ideally 1 or 2 days per week in Buckinghamshire and could also be considered on a part-time 4 days per week contract.

- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for the FMCG industry.

- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive brand preference.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on shopper behaviour and market trends.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver optimal return on investment.

- Prior experience in a shopper/trade marketing role within the FMCG industry.
