Job Description
Who+Why are working with a leading integrated marketing agency in Gloucestershire in the search for a Producer / Creative Project Manager to sit within their creative team. This is a new hire and will suit candidates with a background in project management and creative production within an agency.
What you'll be doing in the role:
- Develop scopes of work (Project kick off, estimates, scope, planning and resource management)
- Managing resource, timings, budgets and delivery of email campaigns, DM packs, loyalty programmes
- Champion ways of working – participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and processes to manage accounts and projects more effectively
- Coordinate teams – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets including strategists, creatives, design, tech, client services and other internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively – clearly communicate with internal teammates to set priorities, meet objectives, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine project expectations across all departments.

- Bring structure, organisation and clarity to projects, helping to keep work on time and budget
- Commercially astute
- Proactive - planning ahead but able to adapt a project approach when plans change
- Collaborating as part of a team and someone who is good at bringing people together
- Someone who listens well and is good at supporting and understanding
- Focused, and detail orientated, a reliable, calm and safe pair of hands who the team trusts to deliver a project smoothly
- Interest in photography, film, illustration and events
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office. Salary is c£40,000 + excellent benefits. This role could suit an established Production / Project Manager or someone ready to step up.
