About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Lead to take charge of developing and executing our brand strategy, ensuring we stand out in the market and connect with our audiences. In this position, you’ll own the entire brand strategy—from shaping our brand positioning and messaging to managing creative campaigns and working with cross-functional teams. You’ll be leading the PR, content, and studio teams, and ensuring that our brand comes to life across all touchpoints. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of brand management and a desire to make a big impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to person for all things brand-related, driving the strategy that defines who we are and how we communicate with the world. This means you’ll be developing our brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels, and leading the charge on brand campaigns from concept to execution.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders, you’ll make sure our marketing activities align with the brand’s overall strategy. You’ll also be managing the PR, content, and studio teams, giving them the direction and support they need to bring the brand vision to life.
On top of that, you’ll be overseeing corporate-level assets like our social media channels and working alongside teams in product, engineering, and sales to ensure that the brand is represented consistently across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Manage the brand budget, ensuring all activities support the overall marketing objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns, from creative concepts to media planning and execution.
- Oversee the PR, content, and studio teams, providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management.
- Own and manage corporate assets like social media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Stay on top of industry trends and look for new opportunities to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, ideally within online businesses.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Experience in the digital health industry is a bonus but not essential.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for solving problems.
- Proficiency with SEO and creative tools.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
