We are now looking for a Senior Brand & Campaign Manager to join us in this fixed term-contract position of up to 12 months for maternity cover.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist with and lead where appropriate, Group, Savings and Lending brand development projects, and to support the Head of Creative for both Lending and Savings with integrated, impactful cross-channel brand campaigns to support their annual strategy.
Additionally, as this role will predominantly deal with external facing assets, you will act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency of brand look and voice to external markets. The role involves using a holistic approach to deploy brand strategy, working with channel owners to ladder up to marketing team and business objectives, and drive marketing which can be measured with clear results.
This role will have lots of variety and will give you the ability to work across both B2C and B2B, as we have multiple brands that make up our Group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Director of Marketing, Head of Communications, Lending and Head of Communications, Savings to develop rolling annual brand campaign plans based on brand strategies.
- Scope, prioritise, develop and lead brand campaign plans, embedding collaborative ways of working across the marketing team, to ensure integrated plans are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Work with channel owners to shape and deliver annual marketing programmes with supporting assets and guidelines to drive engagement with our brands.
- Create clear briefs with measurement strategies in place that ladder back up to overarching marketing objectives.
- Work closely with channel owners to regularly review performance, discuss optimisations and develop future plans.
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure our brands have a clear voice and look and feel, which is adhered to cross-channel.
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £42,000 - £52,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%

- Significant experience in managing communications across all media channels.
- Substantial experience in a Communications role developing and managing external communications.
- In-depth experience as primary author of external communications.
- Experience working within the financial services industry would be an advantage.
