The role:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Project Manager to deliver a series of workshops and tasks specific to ‘Getting the House in Order’ project from October to December, 2024. Your primary responsibility will be to help organise and track project tasks and timelines, ensuring that all project activities are actioned to the timeline. In addition to project support, you will assist the CMO with executive tasks such as managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing briefing materials when necessary. By facilitating communication and collaboration between all teams and key stakeholders within the business, you will help ensure the ‘Getting the House in Order’ project is executed efficiently and on schedule.
What you will do:
- Assist the CMO and Marketing Project Manager in coordinating project activities, workshops, and meetings.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, project timelines, and status reports.
- Help prepare and disseminate project communications and updates to stakeholders.
- Support the briefing process from event marketing teams to creative teams to ensure projects are kept on track.
- Support the organisation of project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Conduct research and gather data relevant to the project as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and clerical support.
- Collaborate with team members to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the development and preparation of project materials, including presentations and reports.
- Provide general support to the central marketing team as needed.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or in progress).
- Previous internship or project work experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Position Type: 3 month Fixed Term Contract, a 4-day working week with every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
