Dover Marina Hotel & Spa is a group of companies thriving in their own pursuit to remain successful. The Group has multiple business streams, and they are as follows:
· Dover Marina Hotel & Spa – 122 bedrooms, within a hotel facing the beautiful port of Dover, having the ferry terminal and cruise terminal on either side.
· Sai Care Homes – Three care homes located in Kent area specialized in elderly & dementia care with a total capacity of 108 beds.
· Service Station & Food outlets – BP Service station in Whitfield with 8 fuel pumps and a Budgens food store. This complex includes a Fireaway Pizza outlet and Kebab takeaway outlet.
· Restaurant Chain – Currently two restaurants based in Bromley, one of which serves Mediterranean cuisine with a seating capacity of 80-100 and a second restaurant which offers Asian fusion cuisine with a capacity of 30-40.
Job Specification
- To be the main liaison between digital & other marketing agencies to plan, strategize and execute the approved internal marketing strategies.
- Establish, manage and execute new strategies across all digital channels to raise awareness, acquire new customers and drive conversion in business streams.
- Ensure that an annual budget is planned, approved by senior management, and effectively managed by achieving agreed targets under the approved budget.
- Work with agencies to manage different marketing channels to monitor and manage campaigns and their performances.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush and other analytics platforms, whilst continuously optimizing campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social) to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that periodic MIS are in place to monitor performance and for management decision making.
Person Specification
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role across a variety of channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliates and Display.
- In-depth knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and PPC platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.
- Experience working within the hospitality industry.
- Related and relevant formal qualification(s) from a recognized educational institution(s).
