Experienced Sales and Letting Negotiator - Exmouth Flagship Office
We have a unique opportunity to join Bradleys Estate Agents, an award-winning Independent Estate Agent in the South West with 30 offices, from Taunton through to Penzance. An established estate agent for 30 years, we work as a family.
As a Sales and Letting Negotiator, you will be placed on Bradleys Property Academy. Your career will be developed from day one with ongoing training and a development plan, working in a supportive and rewarding environment, with the potential to earn uncapped earnings, £28,000-£37,000 plus dependent on experience.

- Must be able to drive and have a full driving licence
- Excellent written and communication skills
- 2 years minimum estate agency experience
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments
- Conduct property viewings in a professional manner
- Negotiate offers that are received
- Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Optimise every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
- Generate new business in a target-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
