Jenkins Estate Agent are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in a local independent company.
This is an exciting company that deals in residential Sales, Lettings, Property management, and Commercial.
The ideal candidate will be a career-driven, extremely organized, and well-spoken team player who likes to achieve targets over and above those set. The successful candidate must be able to cope with the fast-paced nature of the business and adapt accordingly.
You will receive initial and ongoing training.
You must hold a full UK driving license and own your own car.

Key Responsibilities For the Lettings Negotiator role include:
- Register landlord and tenant enquiries and book relevant appointments
- Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Co-ordinating move-ins
- Deal with maintenance issues
- Deal progression
- Property inspections
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Preparing sales brochures
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
Salary: £21,000 per annum plus commission on new instructions and mileage allowance.
