An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our legal department where you will provide administrative support to ensure that our legal team is running smoothly.
You will play an essential role by leading on key administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail and payments. You will produce management information reports and carry out filing, inputting and collate information onto and from computerised database.
You will be required to update and maintain databases so you must have a good eye for detail and pride yourself on accuracy.
In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification. Requirements include:
- Previous experience of office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 with knowledge of computerised case management or administrative systems
- Effective communication skills including a good telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation skills
