Role Description:
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing stakeholder management strategies and plans, supporting programme team members in stakeholder engagement activities.
- Developing and executing communications strategies and plans, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with programme objectives. Utilising channels and platforms to disseminate information, engage stakeholders, and build buy-in for change initiatives.
- Establishing feedback mechanisms to gather insights, address concerns, and refine strategies in real-time.
Desired Skills/Capabilities:
- Significant communications experience and communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively.
- Strategic thinking to align communication strategies with programme objectives.
- Ability to develop innovative and engaging communication materials and campaigns.
- Proficiency in planning, executing, and evaluating campaigns.
- Ability to tailor communication approaches to diverse audiences recognising cultural sensitivity.
- Comfortable with using various communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and multimedia production tools.
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Development of stakeholder management and communications strategies.
- Planning and co-ordinating communication and engagement campaigns and events to generate awareness, build momentum, and celebrate programme milestones.
- Creating clear and compelling messages to effectively communicate the purpose, benefits, and impact of ERP programme, ensuring consistency and alignment with programme goals.
- The selection and utilization of channels to disseminate information and engage stakeholders across diverse geographical locations and multiple organisation levels.
- Leading the creation and production of materials, such as newsletters, presentations, videos, and infographics, to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Establishing feedback mechanisms to solicit input, address concerns, and gather insights.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts.
