We're looking for a talented Marketing Executive to help elevate our brand across multiple platforms; primarily offline. You'll be part of a small, energetic team working closely with on-site sales teams to increase visibility, attract visitors, and drive sales.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our brand and building a comprehensive collateral library, including brochures, CGIs, press ads, and sales materials. You’ll also ensure an outstanding customer experience by overseeing key on-site elements like signage, sales office layouts, and design.

Key Objectives/Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of sales suites and developments to ensure brand consistency and collateral is up to date
- Ability to project manage collateral design and production across multiple medias e.g. press, outdoor, printed brochures, interactive brochures
- Manage and deliver a digital asset library that best represents the homes and developments we are selling, including but not limited to video, photography and CGI assets
- Support the Senior Marketing team to ensure new developments are launched on time and within set budgets
- Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure they have the right assets required for any digital campaigns
- Play a key role in the planning and execution of on-site events when required
- Research and review competitor marketing collateral and websites to understand, inform and provide recommendations to enhance our marketing efforts and customer experience
- Support the Senior Marketing team to produce filmed adverts, setup content photoshoots and interviews.
- Assist with the development and delivery of communications across the business, externally and internally as required (e.g. vlogs, updates, events)
Skills and experience required
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Offline / direct marketing experience
- Experience with printed collateral – print production and design for print
- Excellent eye for detail
- Full Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Clear oral and written communication
- Effective project management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Well organised and able to manage own workload
- Ability to work independently and part of a wider team
Beneficial:
- Experience in the property / housebuilding industry
- Photography / filming experience
- Content writing
- Event management
- Basic level of design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva or strong understanding of design best practice
Additional requirements
- Driving license and access to own transport
- Minimum of 3 days a week in the office, located in Chasetown
- Will be required to visit developments regularly across the East and West Midlands (mileage will be paid)
- As we are a small team, you may be asked to support with delivering communications (email/SMS) when other members are on holiday or absent.
