- Set overall objectives and direction for the organization.
- Staff Management:
- Oversee all departments within the company.
- Work closely with Managers and Supervisors to ensure exceptional performance.
- Manage staffing strategies, recruitment, hiring, and training processes.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure that departments deliver quality products or services to clients.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and senior staff to improve efficiency and performance.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor the budget and financial health of the location or business unit.
- Interpret performance reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for better productivity and internal process enhancements.
- Implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Oversee large-scale projects within the organization.

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
