Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our sales team, focusing on acquiring new clients from the Western market, rather than Japanese clients. You will be responsible for building and leading the sales team, managing the entire sales process from lead generation, deal closing, and account management. This is a highly dynamic role, offering wide opportunities for IT solution sales with a broad range of product proposals.
Job Role as Sales Leader:
- Build and lead a sales team dedicated to acquiring clients from the Western markets.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, negotiations, to deal closure.
- Identify and convert new opportunities in the IT solutions market.
- Drive revenue growth by securing new projects and expanding client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Training & Development:
- Direct coaching and mentoring from senior management and experienced team members.

Qualifications
Requirements:
