· Ensures company standards, processes, and tools are used and maximized
· Ensures Branches sales targets are met and exceeded
· Manages business strategy to grow revenue and profit sales
· Provides sales focus and sets aggressive individual and team goals
· Analyzes the market and current business performance
· Partners with other branch leaders to maximize local territory account management consistent with strategic direction
· Optimizes growth in sales and profit within the branch location through active and energetic development of customer relationships and aggressive leadership of all branch activities and employees
· Accountability for delivering both individual and collective results as a team
· Professionally deals with clients and customers in negotiations ensuring alignment with company sales process
· Ensures marketing campaigns are executed to drive sales growth
· Practices performance management by setting clear goals, investing personal time in employee development, and actively coaching
· Owns and manages the sales staffing plan for the assigned local geography
· Ensures compliance and monitoring of operational processes, needs, and policies including but not limited to liquidations, requests, permits, and licenses
· Ensures branch maintains cleanliness and organization at all times
Qualification:
- College Graduate
- At least 1 to 2 years experience as a store manager
- Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Flexibility
- Can start ASAP
