• Coordinates closely with Project Manager for Pre-Installation to know the upcoming sites or projects that will be ready for delivery & installation.
• Closely coordinates, communicates, confirms, updates, monitors and fulfills the requirements of 3rd party supplies.
• Efficient scheduling between Modularity, 3rd Party Suppliers and Client/Owner in terms of ordering, measurement, delivery, installation, post installation phases and other concerns.
• Build a good working relationship or customer service with all the 3rd Party Suppliers and establish a good working rapport with their respective representatives.
• Knowledgeable of the technical aspects, description, installation process and what are the requirements of each product per supplier.
• Handles concerns of each 3rd party supplier and resolve them as per scope of work and standard procedures of the company.
• Quality Control
• Updated documentation and reporting
• Performs / Initiates follow ups
• Ensure that the day-to-day transactions in all projects assigned are executed properly.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as required
• Wrike updating / reporting
• Attends trainings or product orientation conducted by suppliers for familiarity.
• Provides support to other departments if need arises.
• Performs duties common to all general staff and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by management.
