Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conducting outbound calls on behalf of our clients to promote their products and services and generate leads.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities for our clients through effective communication and engagement.
- Appointment Booking: Scheduling appointments for our clients with key decision-makers to facilitate business discussions.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Record Keeping: Accurately documenting all interactions and client details in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate our services persuasively.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is essential.

Schedule:
We have full-time or part-time positions available with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Availability during standard business hours is essential with a choice of afternoon or morning shifts also available.
