Our client, a New York based hedge fund is seeking a Full-Time/Permanent career Executive/Personal Assistant to support its Co-Founder. This position will be based in their NYC office. Candidates must have 10+ years of applicable C-Level executive administrative experience ideally working for a financial organization. Discretion and confidentiality is a must and the ideal candidate should be extremely polished and professional with excellent interpersonal skills. The executive needs someone who is deadline driven and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a top executive and his spouse, at an amazing company at this downtown NYC office. - Salary depends on experience (150-200k), plus Bonus

Responsibilities: - Provide high-level executive administrative support to C-Level Executives.
- Schedule meetings and heavy domestic and international travel
- Manage busy schedule, conference/video calls, events/conferences, and appointments
- Make detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, visas, etc.
- Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
- Personal Assistant duties – family/personal travel, liase with wife;
- Coordinate between households (NYC and Hamptons)
- Assist with personal appointments and meetings.
- Liaise with team members to follow up on tasks, deadlines, timelines, and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 10+ years of C-Level executive administrative experience, ideally working for CEO/Founder or “top person”
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred/required.
- Personal assistant experience required
- Extremely polished, forward-facing, and professional.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically savvy
- Act as a liaison between executive and internal/external clients
- Act as a gatekeeper - proactively manage schedules, know how to prioritize
