Job Description As our client’s
Customer Experience Specialist , you'll be the guiding light for borrowers seeking financial clarity. Engage with borrowers via calls to assist with loan inquiries, address concerns, and provide empathetic support. Proactively reach out to borrowers nearing the end of their loan cycle to discuss repayment arrangements. Collaborate with internal teams, maintain records, and leverage AI-driven solutions for streamlined processes.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night (Mon - Fri, 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM)
Work Setup: Onsite, Ortigas
What do you need to succeed? Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, preferably in a team leader or SME capacity.
Strong customer service skills, demonstrating an ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Tech-savvy, possessing a high level of proficiency in using various software applications, including AI-implemented omnichannel solutions.
Detail-oriented, showcasing exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
What awaits you in this role? Provide outstanding customer service by addressing borrower inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Engage with borrowers via inbound and outbound calls to assist with loan servicing inquiries.
Occasionally make outbound calls for 15 days past due payments, focusing on assisting borrowers rather than engaging in collections activities.
Proactively contact borrowers nearing the end of their loan cycle to discuss payment arrangements and options for loan payoff.
Utilize our AI-implemented omnichannel solution to efficiently handle customer interactions and manage loan servicing processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of borrower interactions and update loan servicing systems accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex borrower issues or escalations in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with loan servicing policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to borrowers.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and enhance loan servicing processes.
