Job Description
As an E-commerce Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of driving this company’s explosive growth across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
• Manage product listings and inventory across Amazon UK, US, and company website
• Collaborate on scaling Facebook ad campaigns and optimizing creative content
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for ad strategies
• Oversee stock levels and initiate reorders from manufacturers
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and expense analysis
• Streamline payments to content creators and manage financial tasks
• Develop and implement promotional plans across all e-commerce platforms
• Handle customer inquiries and manage order tracking to ensure satisfaction
• Engage in social media activities to boost product visibility and audience engagement
• Monitor analytics and customer feedback to enhance the online shopping experience
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising strategies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Basic understanding of inventory management and financial processes in e-commerce
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Proactive problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with content creation tools and strategies for platforms like TikTok
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, growing business environment
• Proficient in Google Analytics and SEM Rush
• Having the ability to use initiative in process improvement.
