Job Description In your role as an
AU Bookkeeper at BASLink, you will be responsible for a diverse array of essential financial tasks. This includes conducting Catch-Up Bookkeeping to ensure records are up-to-date, preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS), reconciling Balance Sheets, reviewing Profit and Loss statements, and forecasting Cash Flow. Your responsibilities also extend to managing practice operations and administration. You'll utilize leading-edge software solutions like Xero, Hubdoc, and Dext to streamline processes efficiently.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
Work setup: Permanent Work-from-Home
What do you need to succeed? Location preference for the Philippines
Reliable internet and electricity
Exceptional written and verbal English skills (a must)
Willingness to undergo skills and language testing during the interview
A minimum of 2 years of senior bookkeeping experience
An accounting or bookkeeping qualification
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office, and a passion for software and technology
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Xero
MYOB skills (an advantage)
Advanced touch typing and keypad data entry proficiency
Intermediate to advanced payroll skills
A National Crime Check clearance or willingness to obtain one.
