Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for the actual conduct of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for various systems and its enhancements related to outgoing transactions ,interchange, incoming retrievals and chargeback, based on specific assignment.
Responsibilities
Ensures UAT performed is timely, complete and accurate based on the business requirements or mandated change documents, prior to implementing the system / enhancements in production.
Assists in reviewing the Systems prepared test plans, verifying that the same contains specific deliverables by Business Operations Support Unit and other concerned / responsible units.
Prepares comprehensive test scripts and selection of test accounts.
Provides inputs in the preparation of pre-implementation and actual deployment communication to targeted users, including feedback mechanism on change impact.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year Business or Information Technology course.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the operations function of an international credit card company covering both issuing and acquiring areas.
With good communication skills.
Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
