Luxury Travel Advisor Position Overview:
What will I be doing?
Luxury Travel Advisors play a leading role in setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience. They answer all telephone inquiries for room accommodations and dining, and must be knowledgeable about each of our properties.
They also get to speak with some amazing guests from all over the world who are either frequent guests of our Hotels, or who are excited to stay with us for their very first time.
A Luxury Travel Advisor is responsible for offering excellent customer service to meet our guests needs and expectations.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for?
Someone who is flexible and available to work any day of the week between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm Someone who can commit to an initial two-week training period from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily Someone who likes a busy day Someone who has a passion for talking on the telephone and delivering exceptional customer service Someone who has a professional telephone manner; who speaks using proper grammar and who possesses excellent listening skills Someone with computer knowledge; familiar with a keyboard and mouse; basic word and excel knowledge; email; searching websites Someone who has previous experience in a customer service environment Someone who can sell, convert telephone inquiries into confirmed reservations using a variety of selling techniques Someone who interacts with all customers and fellow team members in a positive and professional manner Someone who isn’t afraid of learning about all our eleven Hotel properties Someone who is interested in working with a friendly, supportive and amazing team of co-workers
