One of our clients is a leading integrated marketingcommunications agency, with branch in Manila, Philippines are looking for an experienced HR& Admin Executive to play a pivotal role in handling the fullspectrum of HR functions. This position reports directly to the Head of HR cumCOO, other scope of responsibilities are as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes,including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage job postings and collaborate with hiringmanagers to meet staffing needs.
Maintain a strong understanding of the jobmarket in the Philippines.
Handle all aspects of HR duties, from onboardingto offboarding processes.
Manage attendance and leave management systems.
Issue memos, circulars, and maintain HRdocumentation.
Oversee visa and license processing foremployees.
Implement strategies to enhance employeeengagement.
Collaborate with other departments to foster apositive work environment.
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports related to HR and adminfunctions.
Manage office supplies and distributionprocesses.
Reception, Driver and Office Management
Prepare Salary certificate, employmentcertificate, Salary slips
Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-dayoffice operations.
Monitor contract expiration dates and renewals.
Collaborate with the COO to ensure contractcompliance.
Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer(COO).
