The Merchandising Admin Assistant is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Merchandising Databases and Merchandising Information System (MIS), report generation and consolidation, and other functional tasks to provide full support to Merchandising field personnel. He/she must be excellent in MS Excel and with strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification:
College Graduate (Male / Female) With 1-2 years' experience as an admin assistant, preferably from FMCG Industry Proficient in MS Office especially Excel Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures Excellent in time management and with attention to detail With strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to generate and present reports Highly trainable Can work with minimal supervision
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Database Management Review TPA databases such as manning, attendance, transportation matrix, near ex report, high value returns, etc. to ensure that it is within the approved numbers and following standard protocols Coordinate observed deviations with TPA and monitor the correction Update regularly all Merchandising databases related to TPA charges, RD Claims, System Maintenance Handle the regular maintenance and upkeep of Merchandising Information System (MIS)Coordinate with internal & external Users on system updates and maintenance Reports & Reconciliation Validate the entries for merchandiser incentives, coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, and process & monitor payout & liquidation to winners Review TPA databases such as manning, attendance, transportation matrix, near ex report, high value returns, etc. to ensure that it is within the approved numbers and following standard protocols Coordinate observed deviations with TPA and monitor the correction Update regularly all Merchandising databases related to TPA charges, RD Claims, Functional Tasks Monitor the submission of TPA reports vs plan Handle the preparation, routing, and monitoring of CAs, Liquidation, merchandising forms, flight requests, etc. Establish physical and digital filing system for all forms and databases Handle the department employee selling coordination
