Salary Range: Up to $1,600 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM or potentially moving to EST depending on the market response.

Role Overview:
This role involves being the main point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and gathering essential information. Responsibilities also include inputting client data into CRM systems, keeping records up to date, and providing client support and follow-up to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues or concerns.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, directly improving their experience with our platform. Your work will contribute to efficient data management and client satisfaction, supporting the company’s goal of enhancing healthcare through AI-driven technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Insurance Support:
- Process and manage client billing, ensuring accurate invoicing, claims submissions, and payment tracking.
- Liaise with insurance providers to follow up on claims, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance requirements, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and setting up accounts.
- Collect and organize essential client information, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform and proper onboarding.
- Conduct training sessions to help clients navigate the platform effectively, focusing on billing and insurance functionalities.
Care Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure clients receive the necessary care and support services.
- Assist clients in understanding the insurance process, answering questions related to claims, coverage, and payments.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients to address any outstanding documentation or issues related to billing and insurance.
Data Collection & CRM Management:
- Input and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems, including billing and insurance-related information.
- Organize and manage client records for easy accessibility and efficient follow-up on claims and payments.
- Regularly update CRM entries with new information to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Client Support & Follow-Up:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries related to billing, insurance, and care coordination, providing effective solutions.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure claims are processed on time and that they have submitted any required documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in billing and insurance claims, preferably in healthcare or therapy settings.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processing, and payment reconciliation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across billing, claims, and client support tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and billing software for managing client records and follow-ups.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with intake assessments in a healthcare or therapy environment.
- Background in speech pathology, mental health, or ABA therapy.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or client support tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
